Chanteclaire Farm Wedding: Samantha & Evan
Samantha and Evan’s wedding day seemed like it would never come. They booked me two years out and when we met for their engagement session, it was just under two years until their wedding day. We had such a good time hanging out during their session and I remember telling them I was bummed we wouldn’t see each other again for almost two years! But before we knew it, we were talking about the wedding day and making it all happen!
Their Chanteclaire Farm wedding was perfection! Gorgeous weather, beautiful light, and a bride and groom who were incredibly easy to work with…not to mention they KILLED it front of the camera, again. And really, if I’m being totally honest, I think this may be some of my best work ever. I was just so pleased with how this day went and how awesome everyone was when taking pictures!
Samantha and Evan, all I can say is THANK YOU, YOU’RE AWESOME and LET’S DO THIS AGAIN sometime soon… 🙂

Some of my favorite ring shots of all time…

I LOVE this light I found for Evan…
And then this light for Samantha! BEWARE. This next series is gooddd… 🙂
FAVE!
Evan and his dad…
I like to let boys be boys sometimes. 🙂
Evan and his mama, and a great capture by my second shooter, Rebecca!
The perfect backlit, afternoon glow!
Samantha could go from serious model to laughing hysterically in seconds!
Daddy-daughter moment. 🙂
Samantha and Evan did a modified first look. They exchanged letters and held hands, but never saw each other…
A cute little series. 🙂
Other side of the pond and farm for the ceremony…
What a gorgeous ceremony centerpiece by Farmhouse Fete!
Three grandmas…
And their hands.
WARNING: There’s a big string of black and white pictures next. The colors were great, but there was something about this light that really made me these pictures seem so rich when converted to black and white…
Another favorite!
A couple of family portraits…
Another cute little series from these two. The camera just loves you guys!
The Lane at Chanteclaire is just magnificent…
The Chanteclaire staff graciously supplied us with a quick golf cart ride to the end of The Lane so we could stand in this field of yellow goodness for the final portraits of the day…
These two! They just make me smile! So many different looks and feels that they can do, and they do it so easily!
A look at the cocktail hour space…
And then upstairs to main room of the barn!
And I love to throw in a handful of party shots to round out each wedding blog post. 🙂
