2018

EmmaLeigh and Jacob are pretty much the cutest! I met them at Jacob’s family farm in Clear Spring, MD last summer for what turned out to be a GORGEOUS evening for engagement pictures in the fields. These two are marrying at this same farm tomorrow and I cannot wait to reunite with them and capture more of their cuteness!

We first drove out to a wildflower spot that EmmaLeigh had picked out and it was a photographer’s dream! Beautiful sunlight pouring in, tall grass and Queen Anne’s lace everywhere. What a scene!

And this is the first picture. The second picture below is the second one we took. EmmaLeigh and Jacob were friendly and smiley right away and I just love what we captured…

Now just picture them in a suit and wedding gown…YES! 🙂

A favorite!

So many laughs from these two!

Hahaha look at their laughs! You know she was about to give him a little slap. 🙂

And EmmaLeigh’s long hair!! I wonder how she’ll have it for the wedding!?

Snuggles and smiles. 🙂

They’re using some of these logs for the wedding day! I can’t wait to see all the DIY craftiness these two include in the festivities…

This big barn is part of Jacob’s family farm. Just a short way down the road is the field where they’ll wed…

I love this next series!

I did some ring shots while they changed into outfit #2…

And thankfully this flower held up EmmaLeigh’s diamonds!

This purple dress on EmmaLeigh with the sunshine and green grass…the perfect combination!

She kind of looks like Joanna Gaines, right? 🙂

Definitely a favorite from the evening! Aahhhh!

Yep, told you the were cute. 🙂

When I asked EmmaLeigh what she and Jacob like to do as a couple she mentioned their time spent having dinner on the back of his truck on a warm evening. So we included the truck and invited their dog in for a few pictures, too…

Look for these two back on the blog this summer for a look at their wedding day! I can’t wait. 🙂
