While I finish up Liz and Erik’s beautiful orange and blue fall wedding, I thought I’d share Casey Jo and Ryan’s fabulous engagement session just a little early. This one is a doozey, my friends. Get ready for some PRETTY-NESS!
As I was shooting Casey Jo and Ryan’s session, and as I was driving home from the session…and again later when I was editing the session, I kept asking myself how I was so lucky to have these two as clients. How in the world did they find and choose me? They’re so sweet, so attractive and SO AMAZING in front of the camera. How in the world did I get so blessed!?! Seriously, their session rocked…and I’m pretty sure you’re going to love it as much as I did.
I am still overly impressed at how well Casey Jo and Ryan did during their session. They knew exactly what to do and when to do it, without being told do so. I simply told them where to stand, suggested a couple hand and foot placements, and BOOM! They delivered the rest. Casey Jo knew when to smile at Ryan and Ryan knew when to snuggle up to Casey Jo. They’re a match made in lovebird heaven and a match made in photography heaven. Their session will absolutely, positively go down as an all-time favorite for JFP and I’m sure it’ll be the same for their wedding. Casey Jo is a fashion stylist and has sparkly, unique details galore ready to go for their big day. White cowboy boots, velvet ribbon, farm tables…I’ve seen it all in her Instagram roll and I cannot wait to photograph everything! Not to mention photographing these two again…what a treat!
We started out by including their furry friend. Miss style Casey Jo even brought a handmade doggy accessory. 🙂
Then it was time for some one-on-one for these lovebirds. They rocked it from the very beginning!

Jessica is amazing and she made us feel so comfortable! Having her capture our wedding was like having my best friend with me for every moment! Jessica's photos are fun, whimsical, and sophisticated!
We are not a stoic couple and did not want posed (or trying-too-hard) photos! Jessica was able to capture our personalities and the elegance of the day! I can't stop looking at our photos!

The best decision I could have made for my wedding was hiring Jessica Fike as a photographer! I was in a wedding prior that she was a photographer for and seeing how organized and easy and strategic she was to work with is what convinced me! She makes you feel so comfortable and helps teach you how to pose and smile and look so natural! She keeps you on schedule throughout your day and captures so much emotion in her photos.
