It’s that time of year again! The soon-to-be new year and the end of another year means lots of photographers are putting together “behind the scenes” and lists of favorites in their blog posts…and because I like to jump on the bandwagon, I’m doing the same! I’m recapping the 2012 wedding season with a post of favorites. 🙂

Oh 2012…what a year! It was my busiest wedding season so far with 25 weddings! (I actually thought it was just 24 until I put this post together, ha). It was a year of wonderful couples…some from Bridgewater College, some from Geibel Catholic High School and some are now new friends. August and September were HUGE months with five weddings in each and May and June were surprisingly a little light for both inquiries and bookings. I had weddings with vibrant colors and weddings with light colors. Some weddings were very rustic and DIY, while others were classic and elegant. I had weddings in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and even Maine! The season was definitely diverse and definitely one of my favorites yet. 🙂

Last year’s wedding favorites resulted in almost 350 total votes for the 19 couples of 2011. This year, there’s 25 couples, so I’d like to see a significant jump in number of votes…maybe over 500 this year!?! I’ve chosen one favorite image from each wedding and listed them below in the order they were taken. Click on the link at the very bottom of the page to vote (it just takes you to a survey created with Survey Monkey). You can vote as many times as you’d like (only one selection per vote, though) and make sure you share the post with friends and family so your favorite couple can continue to get votes! The couple with the most votes will receive a $100 JFP credit that they can use towards any product of their choosing!
