It’s been a while since I’ve done a personal post. Really, it’s been a while since I’ve done posts that don’t involve weddings or portrait sessions. This new “season of life” (yes, I think that’s what I’ll call it), has me working less and spending more time at home with the kiddos. As a result, I’ve only been blogging the “essentials” for the biz. But every now and then, it’s good to take a break and lighten things up a bit with something personal. I think it’s in almost everybody’s nature to be a little nosey anyways. 😉 So how about a blog post of my Ally and Jack!?!

Jack is now six months old and as every parent of a baby says, it’s so hard to believe! He’s sitting up on his own, eating all kinds of baby food from a jar and trying to grab everything! He always weighs a hefty 21 pounds which puts him in the 94th percentile for weight! Good thing he’s also in the 97th percentile for height or the doc probably would have put him on a baby diet! HA! All in all, Jack’s an awesome baby right now. He sleeps about 11 hours at night, eats four times a day at about the same time every day, and he usually takes two solid naps each day. He’s got some hearty laughs, a big smile and a sister that loves him. Speaking of his sister…

I’ve been including Ally in Jack’s recent monthly pictures. She’s usually around when I’m taking his pictures and she can’t resist giving him hugs and kisses, and smiling for the camera a few times. It’s nice to have updated pictures of her, too!

So here’s Jack’s four-, five- and six-month pictures…
