They’ve done not one, not two, but THREE sessions with me! Talk about a HUGE compliment! (THANKS BILLHIMER FAMILY!) I absolutely love returning families, especially if they have little ones because it’s so neat to watch them grow. I first met the Billhimers when their little Cooper was about seven months old, again when he was a year old and now at a year and a half. He’s grown into quite the little boy with longer hair, an evolving vocabulary and that same great smile from sessions before!
Here are my favorites from their spring session at the JMU Arboretum in Harrisonburg, VA…

This might be my favorite from the session! Cooper saw something interesting in the distance and suddenly had this super intrigued, distinguished-like pose. He definitely had us laughing!
One last picture together for mom and dad before the NEW BABY comes! Congrats Billhimer Family!!!
I just love this family picture…dad smiling and happy with his little family, mom watching over her little baby boy and Cooper content and calm.
Cooper kept talking about the “birds” the whole session, so it was only fitting we get some pictures with those “birds”…

Well hey now! I thought for sure it had been more than seven months since I blogged last! Wish I could do it more…and plan to as soon as the new JFP website comes out.

Jessica is amazing and she made us feel so comfortable! Having her capture our wedding was like having my best friend with me for every moment! Jessica's photos are fun, whimsical, and sophisticated!
We are not a stoic couple and did not want posed (or trying-too-hard) photos! Jessica was able to capture our personalities and the elegance of the day! I can't stop looking at our photos!

The best decision I could have made for my wedding was hiring Jessica Fike as a photographer! I was in a wedding prior that she was a photographer for and seeing how organized and easy and strategic she was to work with is what convinced me! She makes you feel so comfortable and helps teach you how to pose and smile and look so natural! She keeps you on schedule throughout your day and captures so much emotion in her photos. She is worth every penny plus more!
