Mother’s Day is May 13th this year, so less than a month away. I feel like most people probably just get their moms a bouquet of flowers or take them out to a nice dinner for Mother’s Day. But may I suggest something different? How about a portrait session? Or better yet, some nice portraits of YOU!?

That’s exactly what Emily and Ebin did! Their mom had been mentioning that she doesn’t have any nice pictures of her kiddos, so they decided it was time to give mom what she wanted and make it extra special by giving it to her for Mother’s Day. We made things super easy and met for just 15 minutes, and that’s really all we needed! Now mom will have some beautiful pictures of Emily and Ebin that she can put on display throughout the house, on her desk at work and in her wallet to show friends and family.

So if you’re still looking for a Mother’s Day gift, consider including some kind of pictures…whether it’s getting some pictures professionally taken of your and your siblings or framing up a collage of your old pictures, I guarantee your mom will treasure that gift forever…and she’ll probably have a different kind of reaction than she would to flowers or dinner. 😉 What mom doesn’t love beautiful pictures of her pride and joy!?!
