I didn’t find this recipe on Pinterest, but I’ve seen variations of it and finally had one this past weekend that was delicious and EASY! So here’s a 4-ingredient chicken salad (spread) from my mother-in-law. It’s a nice change from the regular deli sandwich lunch, it’s fairly healthy and did I mention that it’s EASY!?! ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS y’all!!
4-Ingredient Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS:
1 large can of chicken
2-3 tablespoons of light Miracle Whip (depending on your desired level of creaminess)
2 handfuls of seedless grapes
1 apple
Slice and chop the apple (pieces should be smaller than your fingernail, unless you have super tiny fingernails). Cut grapes into halves or fourths, depending on the size of the grapes. Drain chicken, empty into bowl and pull apart with two forks (you don’t want huge chunks of chicken). Throw in apples and grapes and mix. Spoon in the Miracle Whip and mix some more! EASY! This will make enough to get you through a week’s worth of sandwiches (about five), which is a nice trial size.

Use light Miracle Whip and save yourself some calories!
And here’s my finished product! Maybe a smidge too creamy, but it’ll do for my first batch.
